1. Trade-name disclosure

Hawaii Sky Mall operates as a California editorial trade name. We are not a registered Limited Liability Company, not a corporation, and not a Seller of Travel registered with the California Office of the Attorney General. Our publishing activity is editorial commentary protected by the First Amendment; nothing on this site constitutes a contract for the sale or arrangement of travel.

2. Carriers we cover (not affiliated)

We mention and link to 20 carriers across our catalog: Hawaiian Airlines, United Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Alaska Airlines, Southwest Airlines, American Airlines, Japan Airlines, All Nippon Airways, Korean Air, Asiana Airlines, Qantas, Air New Zealand, Fiji Airways, Air Tahiti Nui, China Airlines, EVA Air, Cathay Pacific, Singapore Airlines, Philippine Airlines, and Aircalin. We are not affiliated with any of them. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Editorial independence

Our editorial mailbag pieces (the /fare-mailbag pages) are written by the Pacific Desk based on publicly observable carrier policy and our own travel experience. No carrier or partner reviews, edits, approves or pays for our editorial content. Corrections are published with a dated note at the bottom of the corrected article.

5. Fare estimate methodology

Fare ranges shown on this site are computed deterministically from publicly observable seasonal patterns, weekday/weekend skew, advance-purchase windows, and historical fare-bucket behaviour. They are estimates, not offers. Live availability and final pricing are shown only at the partner site at the moment you click through. We make no guarantee that any displayed fare will be available when you arrive at the partner.

6. Not a Seller of Travel

Hawaii Sky Mall is not registered with the California Sellers of Travel program because we do not sell, arrange, or hold travel. California Business and Professions Code §17550 et seq. requires registration only for entities that sell or arrange travel; we do neither.
