Hawaiian Airlines — A330-200 (LAX/SFO/SEA → HNL)

• Best economy: rows 28A and 28K — extra legroom by the over-wing exit, no recline ahead.
• Avoid: row 16 (galley wall pressure on long legs) and 44 (last row, no recline, lavatory traffic).
• Extra Comfort row to grab: 18 — bulkhead, full pitch, bassinet position only when explicitly chosen.

Hawaiian Airlines — Boeing 717 (inter-island)

• Best economy on a 35-minute hop: doesn't matter much — total legroom is ample for the duration.
