1. Editorial nature of the catalog

Hawaii Sky Mall publishes fare-range research and editorial coverage of Hawaiian and trans-Pacific air travel. Fares are estimates computed from publicly observable patterns. Live availability and final pricing are shown only at the partner site. We make no warranty that any specific fare will be available at the time you click through.

2. No booking, no agency

Hawaii Sky Mall is not a travel agent, an airline, or an Online Travel Agency. We do not sell tickets, hold inventory, accept payment, issue PNRs, or act as a Seller of Travel under California Business and Professions Code §17550. Every "View at …" link transfers you to a third-party site (Kayak, Priceline, CheapOair, Hopper, Orbitz, Skyscanner, Google Flights, or the airline's own site). All booking transactions occur off our platform.

3. Third-party trademarks

Airline names, IATA codes, logos, and route maps are property of their respective owners and used here for editorial reference only. Mention of Hawaiian Airlines, United, Delta, Alaska, Southwest, American, Qantas, Air New Zealand, JAL, ANA, Korean Air, China Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Singapore Airlines, Fiji Airways, Air Tahiti Nui, Philippine Airlines, EVA Air, Air Calin or any other carrier does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

4. Acceptable use

• You may read, link to, and quote our pages with attribution.
• You may not scrape the catalog at high frequency, attempt to reverse-engineer pricing tables, or republish the catalog wholesale.
• You may not impersonate Hawaii Sky Mall in correspondence with any third party.

5. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that fare estimates are accurate, that the site will be uninterrupted, or that the third-party partner sites we link to are available or safe. You assume all risk of booking at the destination partner.

To the maximum extent allowed by California law, Hawaii Sky Mall and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, including loss of flight reservations, missed connections, or partner pricing changes between clickthrough and checkout.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

8. Changes

We may amend these terms. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes are posted as a banner notice for 30 days.
